East Dundry
Situated on hills overlooking Bristol, the site is a mosaic of well hedged pasture fields, some parts of which have been recently planted with trees. There is also existing woodland, a meadow, springs, streams and adjacent wet areas. Planting to create a broad-leaved high forest of oak, ash and a range of smaller trees and shrubs began in 1996. Part of the site will be managed as a meadow by hay cutting. Hedgerows, neutral grassland and damp neutral grassland will be maintained.
